Here’s the problem in the insurance industry… Most agencies are not vested (all in) when it comes to customer service (going the extra mile).

They are only in it for the quick money.

They get big, then they sit on their book of business (receiving renewals).

This causes a bad reputation for brokers and agents.

Also, some clients prefer to purchase directly from a GEICO for example.

(We call that buying direct.)

GEICO does business this way mostly because they don’t have to pay agent commissions.

They hire these hourly workers and these folks are the 800number you call.

The problem with this model is that the hourly worker can care less about ‘risk management’.

They are in it for the quick sale.

So if you have a financial legacy you want to protect and you know nothing about insurance, it puts you in a bad situation.

Hiring an agency like us is like hiring a financial adviser, or a stock broker.

An expert who has their livelihood, reputation and career on the line.

It bothers me that customers don’t know about this and go direct.

Putting their lives in the hands of an hourly employee that doesn’t have the experience or resources to build a comprehensive plan.

And of course, no one knows they aren’t fully protected until they NEED protection and they don’t have it.

That’s why we exist.
